WHAT MAKES COOPER KING GIN UNIQUE?

BOTANICALS, INNOVATION AND TREE PLANTING

Honey from our family beehives, warming cardamom and a touch of locally grown lavender brings to the Dry Gin a silky mouthfeel, incredible savoury flavours and delicate floral notes. The Herb Gin combines fresh basil, lemongrass and clove to create a bright, herbaceous gin with a warming finish.

Distilling using state-of-the-art glass vacuum stills ensures distillation temperatures are tailored to suit each individual botanical, creating gins with the freshest, fullest flavours unlike any other.

1 square metre of woodland is planted in the Yorkshire Dales for every bottle of gin sold, offsetting CO2 and improving the landscape and biodiversity of the area. This tree planting partnership with the Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust makes the distillery the first in Europe with 1% for the Planet® accreditation.
