Ondulé Wines, the passion project of a 4th generation California family and owners of Acorn Paper Products, was conceived in Los Angeles and born in Napa Valley. A close knit family that works together and plays together, we recognized that wine was a constant guest at all our gatherings.  We toast at the end of a great day. We pay tribute to hard work.  We raise a glass in memory of  past generations or to welcome a new one.

ONDULÉ 2013 VINTAGE
Cabernet Sauvignon 65%, Merlot 25%, Petit Verdot 10%

Freshly melted chocolate incorporates into a Black Forest cake on the nose. The bright red fruits of Merlot become apparent as the wine opens, melding with the chocolate into black currants with hints of sage and plum reduction. The palate’s structured mouthfeel of Cabernet Sauvignon hangs on through the finish accented with a spicy note, compliments of the Petit Verdot.

2014 ESMÉ
47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc, 11% Malbec, 10% Alicante Bouschet

Elegant, rich flavors of black currant, blackberry and dark chocolate mingle with intoxicating sweet tobacco aromas on the nose. The palate opens with silky dark plum notes developing into a coffee and mild leathery finish. Cassis, sage, and cocoa powder are present underneath the brambly, slightly smoky presence of the Alicante Bouschet, whose red skin flesh imparts the beautiful amethyst cast.
