Our tasting room elves have been busily making cloth facemasks to ensure that all of our staff members and customers are safe. We wear masks and gloves when packing and delivering orders, and practice hourly wipe downs on all surfaces in our tasting room where orders are packed.

Our winemaker Sarah Cabot's Reserve Tier collection is the star of the show in our tasting room. From the bright wild strawberry of our Reserve Rose, the green apple and Meyer lemon of our oak and steel-aged Chardonnay, the candied lime and stone fruit of our White Blend, and the cherry and baking spices of the Reserve Pinot Noir, this collection earns a place in your cellar.

Sarah Cabot is the total package. Bringing an ideal combination of ultra-premium and Pinot Noir winemaking experience, good business sense, viticultural passion, and an all-around ease of articulation about what makes Oregon so special, she is the heart of Battle Creek Cellars.

Already a familiar name and face in Oregon, Sarah has been making wine in the Willamette Valley for eight consecutive years. She started her career in wine as an assistant winemaker with Belle Pente Vineyard in Carlton, Oregon after obtaining her winemaking and viticulture degree from the Northwest Wine Academy (South Seattle CC). She has been the principal winemaker for Omero Cellars since its start in 2008. Prior and concurrent to that she served as assistant winemaker for Willakenzie Estate. Sarah also worked abroad as cellar assistant with Akarua Vineyard and Winery in Central Otago, New Zealand in 2010.
